The typical dishes are characterised by an abundance of orchard products. This is the reason why they are rich in vegetables and meats (The animals being still reared in many country farms).

Rice with rabbit, with vegetables, or with "serranas" artichoke omelette, courgettes, tender runner beans; and, of course, meatballs in broth filled with meat, breadcrumbs and spices make it a difficult choice for you.
